We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst - Digital Workspace - Google to join our Tech Infrastructure & Service team. 

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders, create training material and implement best practices.
  • Analyse and secure that the use of Google Workspace is used in an optimized way. 
  • Coordinate and secure IT business support and ensuring IT hardware and software are delivering the best value and meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Identify new opportunities and offer improvements on current services or future needs such as coordination of Appsheet projects.
  • Assist Hotel Projects with on/off-boarding of hotels.
  • Third line support tickets
  • Commercial collaboration regarding Google Workspace 
  • Responsibilities include managing Google Workspace licenses, controlling associated costs
  • Work closely with the IT security team to maintain & continuously improve security initiatives within the platform.

  • Structured but with good people skills and ability to solve problems

We think that these qualifications will be important: 

  • Master in Data Engineering or Business Administration and Leadership or relevant competence 
  • Experience from leading teams
  • Experience from bridging gaps between business and tech
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage

The office is our primary work location. The HQ in Stockholm or Oslo will be your base for this position.
