Situated on Rønvikfjellet, overlooking the stunning Norwegian landscape, Wood Hotel Bodø is a newly opened hotel from 2024 and a unique destination built primarily from sustainable wood. As an Outdoor Resort, the outdoors is one of our most important spaces, offering guests immersive experiences in nature alongside world-class hospitality. With 177 rooms and apartments, a restaurant, bar, café, rooftop wellness retreat, event spaces, and an outdoor adventure hub, we provide an experience where nature and hospitality blend seamlessly.

At ATTME we aim to give a taste of the north. We honor Norwegian culinary traditions, rediscovering the flavors and techniques of past generations. We work almost exclusively with locally sourced ingredients, blending heritage with global influences for a timeless yet contemporary dining experience. Located on the seventh floor of Wood Hotel Bodø, our restaurant offers breathtaking views that complement every dish.

We are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our growing team. As part of ATTME and Wood Hotel Bodø, you will play a key role in shaping the culinary experience, ensuring high standards, and contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Nordic-inspired dishes
      • Prepare and plate dishes that reflect ATTME’s concept of traditional Northern Norwegian food with a modern twist.
  • Support menu execution
      • Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to execute a seasonal, locally inspired menu with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain kitchen standards
      • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Prep work & station mastery
      • Handle mise en place and manage your designated station efficiently during both prep and service.
  • Collaborate across teams
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues in both kitchen and service to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.

We look for two permanent full-time positions and one additional full-time for the summer season (actual period depending on the candidate’s availability).
