We are looking for a passionate and driven leader to join our team and manage our Barception department. You'll be responsible for leading your team, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive and efficient work environment. What you'll do:

  • Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure smooth operations within your department, upholding brand standards and guest service promises
  • Oversee daily operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Manage departmental budgets and expenses, and monitor and control costs to ensure profitability

This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role may require working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
