We are now looking for an Inhouse Sales Agent who wants to be part of the best sales team in the hotel industry

Skills & Qualifications Needed

• Great personality with exceptional negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and service-minded with a flair for client interaction
• Strong communication abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry and the meetings & events business

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries from clients
• Demonstrate creativity in your sales approach by customizing proposals
• Conduct site inspections with the goal of securing business opportunities
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts
• Responsible for own proposals by actively working with Pipeline Management
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future and repeat business
• Client meetings and tour of house
• Collaborate closely with the F&B Team, Event Team, Planning Team, and Field Sales Team
