We’re looking for a Chef who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As a part of our Kitchen Team you help create unforgettable dining experiences together with our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you'll be preparing delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best. The dinner menu is an elegant blend of Nordic and Italian flavors, combining local ingredients with Italian craftsmanship. Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the culinary heritage of both regions, offering a unique culinary journey that fuses rustic Nordic warmth with Italian aromas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
  • Daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch and dinner.
  • Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Working together with your colleagues to ensure a high guest satisfaction 

This is a permanent for 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Is this you?

  • Experienced from culinary education, formal training or kitchen experience
  • Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and service
  • Good communicator with attention to detail
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and making decisions independently

Bonus points for:

  • Extensive hotel, kitchen or restaurant experience.
  • Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
