Clarion Hotel Air is looking for a Conference Host:

We are looking for creative and personal talents who can deliver a service beyond the ordinary at the Meeting & Event department.
This is a extra-help position with a possibility of part time employment in the future with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Conference crew tasks:

  • Prepare the meeting room before the conference group arrives.
  • Rigging of furniture, AV equipment, fairs, banquets etc. the day before the event.
  • Assist the organizer and conference guests.
  • Bring out breaks food at the agreed time.
  • Cleared conference rooms and break areas.
  • Have good knowledge of conference routines.
  • Have a good knowledge of the AV equipment .
  • Make sure to be present for the customer during each break to identify wishes, clean, set tables and chairs.
  • Make sure to be uniformed according to given requirements.
  • Ensure a good working environment where everyone stands up for each other.
  • Treat guests and colleagues with respect.
  • Other tasks that come from the head of the department.

Conference job experience is not required, we can teach you everything!
