We are now looking for a Concierge & Reservations Coordinator. 

This role is a hybrid role, where you will work in both our Reservations department and our Concierge department. 

Skills & qualifications needed 

  • Proven experience in reservations, concierge, or guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a guest-first mindset.
  • Team player with adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
  • Passionate about hospitality and local culture.
  • Flexibility to work both morning / evening and weekends.

Concierge - Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Copenhagen’s top restaurants, venues, and experience providers. 
  • Provide tailored recommendations and curated experiences for all guests and VIPs.
  • Maintain a professional and social presence at the concierge desk and in the courtyard, proactively assisting guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring follow-through and satisfaction.
  • Stay current on local attractions, events, and dining to offer informed suggestions.
  • Collaborate with reservations to exceed expectations for special occasions. 
  • Answer email and phone inquiries as well as in person inquiries. 
  • Follow up with guests post-experience to refine future recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

 

Reservations - Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, guest preferences, and special requests.
  • Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth check-ins and accurate room assignments.
  • Upsell room upgrades and cross-sell hotel services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints effectively, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel loyalty programs and campaigns with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
