Housekeeping / Room Attendant

Permanent, full-time (100%) or part-time – Skarsnuten Mountain Resort & Spa, Hemsedal

We are looking for engaged and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team at Skarsnuten Mountain Resort & Spa. This is a key role where your work directly shapes the guest experience — ensuring every stay feels clean, comfortable, and memorable.

Your main responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to our quality standards (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms).

• Making beds and changing linens/towels.

• Replenishing amenities and consumables; minibar control where applicable.

• Checking rooms before guest arrival to ensure all standards and details are met.

• Reporting damages or maintenance issues to the relevant department.

• Handling laundry, linen logistics, and occasional ironing when needed.

• Following all health, safety, and hygiene routines (including correct use of cleaning chemicals).

• Maintaining cleanliness in public areas (lobby, elevators, spa, changing rooms).

• Using checklists and working efficiently to meet time targets per room.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience from housekeeping or cleaning (advantage, but not required – full training provided).

• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in a spotless result.

• Is reliable, structured, and self-motivated – but also a good team player.

• Enjoys physical work and has good stamina.

• Is flexible with working hours (mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks).

• Speaks English or Norwegian (basic communication level).
