We are now looking for a Assistant Front of House Manager.


Skills & qualifications needed

  • Proven experience in front-of-house or hospitality management roles (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience from working with Mews or different PMS
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to resolve employee and guest issues diplomatically
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • An interest in numbers and digital systems
  • Comfortable with working with reporting and scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Support the Front of House Manager in day to day operations and step into daily Front of House
    operations as needed, including covering shifts in case of illness, absence or other unforeseen
    circumstances
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the Front of House team to deliver high service standards
  • Train and mentor new and existing staff to foster continuous improvement
  •  Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operational readiness
  •  Be responsible for administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, approving invoices and daily
    reconciliations within the Front of House team
  • Handle guest feedback, address complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B) for seamless guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, security, and safety standards
