At Six is ​​a contemporary art and design hotel with 343 rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments adjacent to the hotel. In the house you will also find - a gym, our wine bar Blanche & Hierta, At Six Cocktail Bar, and our Dining Room, along with our rooftop bar Stockholm Under Stjärnorna. A big part of the hotel is Social At Six, our 3000m2 flexible event and meeting space where the only limits are the ones of your imagination.

In the heart of the hotel we have our restaurant Dining Room serving breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Our aim is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a focus on good food and excellent service. We strive to deliver a unique experience for our guests, paying great attention to detail and continuously challenging ourselves to grow, learn, and develop—both as individuals and as a team. With a can-do attitude, we always make sure to deliver together and to have fun while doing it. It’s a prestige-less department where we all help each other reach our goals.

The Role and Our Philosophy

The job will be based in Dining Room, the main restaurant of the hotel. Our brunch buffet is a highlight of the At Six experience, and we are looking for candidates with a genuine, warm personality and a passion for attentive, personal service. You will be part of presenting one of the most exciting brunches in Stockholm, complemented by a diverse selection of beverages and wines. You will play a key role in creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure that we consistently exceed our guests’ expectations. This is a part-time position and working hours are mainly on weekends, between 10:00 and 18:30.

And what about you?

You have experience working in a similar position at a high end restaurant and/or hotel. You are an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service.  You appreciate working in a high-pace environment with varied responsibilities. You’re communicative and appreciate meeting new people, both guests and colleagues, and speak English and Swedish, additional languages are beneficial.

To recap, do you have all of the below skills?

• 3-5 years of Al-a-carte experience
• Good wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
• Barista skill is a plus
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine passion for food and beverage!
• Fluent in English, Swedish basic knowledge (additional languages are a plus)
