 Requirements & Experience

• Previous experience as manager or in a similar role within a banquet or upscale dining setting.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume environment.

• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

• Knowledge of food and wine, including pairing recommendations.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor is highly recommended.

• An Educational Diploma or Certificates in leadership or management are preferred.

• Candidates must ensure they have reliable access to transport, as the role requires flexibility for late-night shifts.
