Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive our hotel to new heights of success while our current General Manager is on leave from February 2026 until January 2027. 

You will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and achieving financial performance goals. We value your leadership skills, your commitment to excellence, and your passion for creating a positive and thriving work environment.

What you'll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel and all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and empowering the team to achieve their full potential
• Uphold brand standards and be a passionate advocate for Comfort's values
