Clarion Hotel® Oslo is in search of a talented and enthusiastic Head Waiter to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, has a passion for food and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

What you'll do:

• Coordinating, leading and assisting the banquet team during events.
• Train new staff, assigning duties and addressing any issues arising during service.
• You’re the primary point of contact both towards our guests; greeting and seating, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring special requests or dietary needs, and towards our kitchen; together with the kitchen staff coordinate the service. 
• Contributing to a positive, safe & engaging work environment.
• Making sure we have stock in house for the coming events, and plan ahead. 
• Working closely together with Conference & Banquet Manager to make sure we deliver on events, and reach our targets.
• Following Clarion Brand standard.

This is a permanent position 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends & some holidays. You'll be reporting directly to the Conference & Banquet Manager.

Interviews will take place on an ongoing basis & the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Experience from restaurant or from banquets.
• Trade Certificate as a Waiter.
