If you want to be a business partner and work closely with other performance managers across the Nordics, then this is your chance!

You will be the analytical mastermind for a group of hotels and work closely with their leadership groups. You are a business partner as well as an operational excellence manager and will help the hotels to analyse their results and implement best practice operational processes to support them in reaching their goals.

YOU

  • Higher economic- / financial education
  • Structured and able to build structure where there is lack thereof.
  • A number-cruncher, who enjoys to dig deep into data analysis
  • Good understanding of reading and analyzing financial statements is required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Ability to simplify both complicated data and processes
  • Innovative and curious with a desire to challenge status quo/old truths
  • Experienced in working with Excel/PowerBI
  • Proactive even in change
  • An interest in hotels and restaurants. Background of working in the industry is a plus. 
  • A team player and strong relationship builder who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicative and collaborative skills.
  • Possibility to travel approx 2-3 days a month.

  • A strategic mindset

The working language would be any Nordic language and English. We are flexible with working locations to some extent but we also find working at the office an important part of building company culture.
