Our People Experience team delivers people advisory services across four markets. We have more than 1000 leaders across 250 hotels who use our self-service tools and support services. The most complex cases make their way to us for hands-on support.
As our Director of People Advisory you’ll be wearing two hats. First, you’ll lead a team of People Managers & Advisors in Norway and Sweden and work hands on with leadership support and people cases in Sweden. In addition, you’ll work on unifying the People products and processes we deliver across all our markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland). Our aim is to align and standardize where we can, and localize where it makes sense.
The right person for the role will mix strategy with operational HR. You understand improvement needs by using our products together with the leaders, and understanding what works and what doesn’t. You fly the flag for applying user insights, product development thinking and lean methods to develop great people experiences.
You’ll report to the VP People Experience, and work from our offices at Solna in Stockholm. You’ll need to travel regularly to be present for your team.
We will ask you to submit a CV. Instead of a cover letter, the application form have some free-text fields.
