We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as Pastry Chef

As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for shaping our pastry offering, support the head pastry and and working together with the breakfast team. Your role will involve:

  Prepare, bake, and decorate a range of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other desserts. And also act as part of the evening service

  Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients, and monitor inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are on hand

  Work with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient operations and respond to requests from other departments. 

Maintain the breakfast buffet and A la Carte, ensuring a consistent and fresh selection of items for guests

  Ensuring all baked goods and desserts meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and texture.

  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working orde


What we are looking for:

  Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.

  Culinary or patisserie education (a strong plus).

  Expertise in baking and confectionery techniques.

  Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

  Creativity paired with attention to detail.

  Strong communication skills.
