We are now looking for a Guest Relations Agent.


Skills & qualifications needed

● Proven experience in guest relations, or customer experience field.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

● A proactive problem-solver with a guest-first mindset.

● Team player with a collaborative spirit and adaptability.

● Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

● Flexibility to work both morning / evening and weekends.

Responsibilities

● Contribute to all stages of the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.

● Be the primary point of contact for VIP guests and suite guests, delivering personalized experiences.

● Review VIP arrival lists and prepare amenities and preferences accordingly.

● Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally, both online and offline.

● Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.

● Follow up with guests after departure to gather feedback and foster loyalty.

● Maintain stock levels of VIP amenities, gifts, and suite wines.
