Comfort Hotel Malmö proves that being budget doesn’t have to be boring. The common areas are designed to offer space and comfort - all in an urban setting. The hotel is located next to Central Station and we have 293 rooms. We also have 4 conference rooms, a gym, a breakfast area and last but not least - our Barception, the heart of the hotel where guests can check in, hang out at the bar or grab something to eat from the Deli.

We are now looking for someone who is passionate about service and who thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You have experience in Hotel Breakfast/Restaurant and you feel confident in meeting different types of guests and situations. We are open for breakfast and conferences weekends and during school holidays also, so flexibility is important and something we also give back. We value people who see what needs to be done and who step in where it is needed – whether it is during breakfast or at conferences.

• You are orderly, punctual and service-minded: the shift starts early at 5.30 o’clock

• You’re upbeat, approachable and thrive in a fast-paced, urban environment

• You’re creative and solution oriented

• You’re excited to be part of a diverse team, with colleagues from several backgrounds

• You have the ability to work independently and in a team during fast-paced and unpredictable events

• Quick on your feet, you adapt to whatever the day throws your way - with a smile

• You have good knowledge of Swedish or English

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position 

• Working with events/conferences is a plus
