Are you the one we’re looking for?
We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor who wants to contribute to a vibrant, and welcoming environment for our guests. You have a positive attitude and a smile that never fades. When the unexpected happens, you always have a solution in your back pocket, you take ownership, and you follow through.
As our Supervisor, you are a role model for the team. Your home base is the reception, but at Comfort Hotel Malmö, we help out wherever needed. We reach results together! You will report to the Front of House Manager and play a key role in the daily operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading the Crew: You are responsible for the reception during your shift, acting as a coach and mentor for our staff to ensure they can perform at their best.
Operational Excellence: Handling traditional front office tasks—check-in/out, bookings, invoicing, and preparing arrival lists.
Guest Experience: Ensuring the highest level of service to create unforgettable stays. You follow up on guest satisfaction and handle compensations with a professional touch.
Driving Results: You are actively involved in upselling and ensuring the department's goals are met.
Smooth Operations: Responsibility for daily routines, including scheduling (timeforbruk), training new team members, and ensuring the lobby area is in top condition.

Qualifications:
Language: You are fluent in both Swedish and English (this is a requirement). Any additional languages are a strong advantage.
Systems: Experience with Mews is highly desirable.
Experience: You have a background in hotels, guest service, or reception. Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
Flexibility: You are comfortable working varying hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
