Skills & qualifications needed

• High level of floor, waiting and table management  

• Extensive Food and Beverage background knowledge

• Passion for delivering 5 star hospitality

• Energy, enthusiasm and personality that translates to positive guest experience

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest standards of Guest hospitality 

• Ensuring positive dining and drinking experiences 

• Management of guest flow and table seating 

• Anticipate guest needs and act proactively to ensure satisfaction

• Close collaboration with kitchen and bar teams
