Hotel St George, Helsinki, Finland is looking for a Sous Chef Breakfast with a passion for cooking to join our team, be a leader and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you’ll prepare delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best. 

What you'll do:

  • Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
  • Daily mise en place for breakfast.
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.

This is a permanent with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, we are open 365 days a year and 24/7
