Hotel St George, Helsinki, Finland is looking for a breakfast chef with a passion for cooking to join our team and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you'll be preparing delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best. We value your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to learning, more than any specific experience.

What you'll do:

• Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
• Daily mise en place for breakfast, banquet event and serving.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

This is a permanent position for with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll shine here if you are:

• Experienced from culinary education, formal training or kitchen experience.
• Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and service.
• Good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and making decisions independently.
• The morning person is ready to work when the sun rises, happy and open.

• Extensive hotel, breakfast, kitchen or restaurant experience.
• Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
