Now we’re looking for a Front Office Night Crew at Home Hotel Jugend, who wants to be part of our family.

As a part of our Front Office team at Home Hotel, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming, guiding, and making sure every stay starts and ends on the best note. You create a warm and personal atmosphere, where guests feel truly at home. With your energy, attention to detail, and natural way of making people feel valued, you help turn every stay into something special.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome each guest with a warm, personal touch, making their first & last impression unforgettable
• Manage front desk operations, from check-in and check-out to handling bookings and guest inquiries
• Be the go-to person for guests, offering assistance, recommendations, and anything that adds to a homelike experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless, comfortable stay for every guest

This is a permanent with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working night shift, including holidays and weekends.

Is this you?

• You enjoy creating personal connections and have a genuine interest in making each guest’s stay unique
• You’re adaptable, resourceful, and can handle whatever the night brings with a positive attitude
• You work independently and take initiative, while also enjoying being part of a team that supports each other

Bonus points for:

• Hotel reception or customer service experience
• Experience with Mews or other hotel management systems
• Liquor license and hygiene license
