In the Business & Operational Systems department we are looking for a SPA Systems Owner while our current owner is on leave. As a Spa System owner you will be essential for us to move forward together with the hotels & HQ needs, stay updated with the market and guest expectations.
The position will be available from March 2026 - March 2027

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating development with vendor and internal products managers.
  • Oversee trainings and training material 
  • Roadmapping
  • Vendor management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strategy and Lifecycle Management
  • Advising 
  • Overseeing setup and changes to the existing hotel spa portfolio
  • Providing system expertise to support the department needs
  • Coordinating releases
  • Providing technical 2nd line system support
  • Documentation

Details:

You will report to Director of Business & Operational Systems

In this position, you will be traveling to various hotel destinations and HQ in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
