Your to-do-list as a Comfort GM:

  • As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Square , you're the leader on-site. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand, you act as the CEO of your hotel
  • Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
  • Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
  • Keep an eye on the numbers, managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
  • Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork, ensuring everything flows smoothly, from check-in to check-out
  • Lead a small, tight-knit team, creating a fun, collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
  • Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player
