Ready to shape the future of hotels and meetings & events? 

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Account Manager, Meetings & Events to join our dynamic B2B sales team at Strawberry! Based at Tampere-Pirkanmaa region, you'll be a key driver of growth, focusing on Meetings & Events and Corporate Business Travel.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't just about managing existing accounts - it's about actively growing our business! You'll be a key driver of new customer acquisition for Strawberry, focusing on the hands-on work of identifying and developing potential corporate accounts within your region. Your main goal is to maximize revenue and build lasting loyalty by proactively seeking out and securing new clients and increasing the brand awareness of Strawberry within your region. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Driving Sales: From prospecting new accounts to booking and conducting sales meetings, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers get the most out of what Strawberry has to offer.
  • Building Relationships: You'll establish strong, personal connections with both new and existing clients, becoming their trusted partner and go-to contact.
  • Team Collaboration: You'll work seamlessly with our hotel teams and other departments to deliver a unified and outstanding customer experience.
  • Portfolio Management: You will eventually build your own portfolio of corporate accounts, with your focus shifting naturally towards nurturing and developing these long-term client relationships.


Who We're Looking For

You're a results-driven sales professional with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or events industry. You're also a master (or willing to become one) at using CRM systems like Salesforce to track your progress and identify new opportunities. 

Crucially, you're fluent in Finnish and proficient in English. You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also able to work and make decisions independently. A "can-do" and "make-it-happen" mindset is essential to fit in with our team! You are experienced and you enjoy working at the field, either at our customer’s site or onsite at one of our hotels.

A Few Good Things to Know

  • You'll be part of a team of 12 dedicated B2B sales professionals.
  • We offer a hybrid working model, though your role will be focused on being in the field, meeting customers and visiting our hotels.
  • You will build your own account portfolio independently and therefore experience in hospitality B2B sales is highly beneficial. 
  • We expect willinges to move around within your own region and travel to Uusimaa / capital region when needed.
