We’re looking for a Welcome Office Supervisor who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience —ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

This is a permanent  part-time position for approximately 90 hours per three weeks with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• As one of the shift leaders you'll ensure shift routines run smoothly and consistently and you report to the Welcome Office Manager.
• Constantly work for increased profitability, and quality and to reach set targets and additional sales for the department, as well as being a role model.
• Continuously following up on guest satisfaction.
• Developing the routines together with the team.
• Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries.
• Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

Is This You?

• You have solid experience in hotel reception/front office work for at least 3 years, and have Hotel Front Office operational expertise.
• You have experience in leadership or managerial positions for at least 2 years.
• You’re passionate about delivering premium guest experiences that are polished, warm, and unforgettable.
• You’re adaptable and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments with quick problem solving and decision makings skills.
• You have an eye for detail and know how to elevate the everyday into something extraordinary.
• You have proficiency level communication skills in Finnish and English.
