What you’ll be doing:

As a key part of our team, you'll be professional and personable in every interaction with guests and colleagues. With an infectious smile, your primary task is to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience.

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, inquiries, and guest sales from the deli and barception, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience.
• Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating connections that go beyond the basics.
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe.
• As Supervisor, you will share responsibility with our Barception Manager for the department's team.
• You will work closely with our Barception Manager to ensure routines are followed, and that all colleagues are updated on hotel happenings and procedures.
• You will train new team members and ensure everyone works towards common goals.

Who You Are:

• You’re upbeat, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, urban environment.
• You’re excited to be part of a diverse team, with colleagues from several backgrounds.
• You’re a natural at creating connections, making guests feel like they’re exactly where they should be.
• Quick on your feet, you adapt to whatever the day throws your way - with a smile.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but your personality and drive is what really counts.
• As a Barception Supervisor at Comfort Hotel Kista, you need to be proficient in English and Swedish. Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.

Working Hours:

Working hours are varied, including both morning and evening shifts, and you will be scheduled to work every other weekend. This is a permanent position for 100% with a start date to be agreed upon.
