The interest in our internal leadership programs is skyrocketing! We are expanding our pool of facilitators immediately to support several courses scheduled from May and onwards.
We need inspiring senior leaders (GMs, Hotel Managers, or Head Office Leaders/Specialists) who lead with authenticity and infectious enthusiasm. As a facilitator, you are:
A guide, not a star: You find joy in holding the space for others to shine.
An active listener: You sense the energy in the room and adapt to the group's needs.
A culture role model: You don’t just know our values - you live them every day.
Time in Strawberry: Minimum one year in the company.
Your current role: Senior position at a hotel or a senior specialist/leader at the Head Office.
Training: It's beneficial if you have completed both "Unleash: Being at My Best" and "Unleash: Leading Others to Success". If you haven't already attended these courses, you will be required to participate in at least one of them before facilitating.
Language: Comfortable and confident in delivering a two-day workshop in English. Local language is a plus.
Support from your leader: A green light from your VP/Leader via a short recommendation letter.
Frequency: 2–4 two-day courses per year.
Travel: Courses are held at various locations; all travel costs are covered centrally.
Preparation: 1–2 days of prep for your first session; a few hours for subsequent ones.
Support: Your first 1–2 sessions will be mentored by an experienced facilitator.
