Tech system & implementation Specialist

We're looking for a service-minded Tech system & implementation Specialist to join our Business & Operational system team. You will be responsible to coordinate activities and carry out training when Strawberry opens new hotels or implements new systems to our hotel and employees. 

What you will be doing: 

• Plan and carry out onsite training for the hotel personnel on new or existing systems.
• Coordinate activities and involve external vendors and internal stakeholders if they are needed to deliver the services or training
• Ensure that the deployment of services and training is carried and finished within the time and budget
• Responsible for converting hotels to the new tech stack
• Handle and report any changes that may affect the time frame, quality or budget of the implementation
• Make sure all documentation and best practices are correct
• Assist with support on tech stack

Who we think you are:

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a strong understanding of the Strawberry Tech Stack or a solid ability to quickly learn new IT systems and effectively train others in a clear and engaging manner.

• Experience with Strawberry tech stack 
• Operational experience from hotels

• You appreciate and are able to work in a structured way.

Details:

You will report to Implementation & Relations Manager. 

In this position, you will be traveling to various hotel destinations as we will be implementing new systems in all countries where we operate hotels.
