Strawberry is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Global Sales team. This critical role directly contributes to maximizing revenue and achieving effective customer retention among our top corporate accounts. You will cultivate strategic, long-term relationships across the Nordic region.

This role is crucial for implementing our new Key Account structure, eliminating organizational silos, and establishing clear workflows to maximize customer revenue and market share. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data (Salesforce) and championing Strawberry's offerings, including our strong sustainability profile (WeCare).

What You Will Do:

Strategic Growth & Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to significantly increase market share and achieve targets within top corporate accounts.

  • Proactively understand key customers’ evolving needs and business objectives.

  • Maximize account value by actively seeking new revenue streams (geographic expansion, group bookings, tailored services).

  • Build deep, long-lasting relationships from C-level executives to operational stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and value-adding solutions.

  • Proactively work to retain key accounts and minimize churn.

Sales Execution & Collaboration

  • Leverage in-depth business understanding to offer tailored solutions.

  • Demonstrate value, uncover hidden needs, and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell.

  • Lead negotiations for new and renewed corporate contracts, overseeing compliance and the renewal process.

  • Foster strong, seamless cooperation with internal departments (Operations, Revenue, Marketing, GMs) for a unified customer experience.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and data analytics to track performance, gain insights, and provide regular reports.

  • Champion our WeCare sustainability initiatives as a core value proposition.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Key Account Manager in hospitality or B2B service.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Nordic corporate travel market, procurement, and decision-making cycles.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (ability to engage C-level executives).

  • Strong analytical capabilities and proven proficiency with Salesforce CRM.

  • Ability to build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple complex accounts.

  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
