We are now looking for a baker for our popular bakery RUG. 

Villa Copenhagen is a five-star hotel with a focus on quality, sustainability and unique guest experiences. Our kitchen and bakery team delivers freshly baked products of the highest standard daily to both our guests and events as well as our own store "RUG" – and now we are looking for a passionate baker to join the team.

Skills & qualifications needed 

• Have experience as a baker - preferably from a hotel, restaurant or pastry shop

• Passionate about good craftsmanship and quality raw materials

• Thrives in a busy environment and maintains an overview

• Have an eye for detail and pride in your work

Responsibilities

• Ensure uniformity and high standards in taste, appearance and craftsmanship

• Production of high-quality sourdough bread, rye bread, brioche and rolled dough

• Contribute ideas for new recipes and products

• Is flexible, able to meet deadlines and a team player
