About At Six

Part of Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Hotels & Resorts, At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel that redefines modern luxury. With 343 rooms, multiple dining experiences, bars, and 3,000 m² of flexible event space, we offer dynamic social spaces for business, pleasure, and everything in between.

The Role

The job will be based in the Dining Room which is the main restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast is a big part of the At Six experience and we are looking for candidates with a genuine, warm personality and a passion for attentive service. During lunch service you will be involved in serving one of the most exciting food menus in Stockholm alongside a diverse wine list. You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring we exceed guest ́s expectations at all times. Working hours are in the morning and days of the week may vary. You need to be a morning person as some shifts start as early as 6.00am.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in a similar role preferably in Al-a-carte menu
• Has good barista skills and some wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
• Has a genuine interest in food, beverages, and hospitality
• Is responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Has a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow within the restaurant and hospitality industry
