Etsimme asiakaspalveluhenkistä baaritarjoilijaa liittymään Hotel Kämpin ikoniseen baariin, jossa klassinen eleganssi ja moderni cocktailkulttuuri kohtaavat. Uudistuksen myötä baarimme palvelut laajenevat – nyt sinulla on mahdollisuus kasvaa alan huippuosaajien rinnalla.

TYÖTEHTÄVÄT
Baaritarjoilijana vastaat asiakkaiden viihtyvyydestä, juomien ja annosten myynnistä ja tarjoilusta, sekä baarin siisteydestä ja tunnelmasta.
Olet tärkeä osa tiimiä, joka varmistaa, että jokainen asiakas saa ensiluokkaista palvelua ja viihtyy Kämpin ainutlaatuisessa ympäristössä.
Työ on ilta- ja viikonlopputyötä, ja nopeatempoisessa ympäristössä pääset kehittämään osaamistasi.

ODOTAMME SINULTA
  • Kokemusta baarityöskentelystä ja ruokatarjoilusta vastaavissa paikoissa vähintään 2 vuotta 
  • Iloista ja reipasta asennetta sekä halua oppia uutta
  • Kykyä toimia tiimissä ja kiireessäkin hymy huulilla
  • Hyvää englannin kielen taitoa, suomi ja ruotsi sekä muut kielet ovat etu
  • Tietotekniikan ja kassajärjestelmien perushallintaa

LISÄTIEDOT

Kyseessä on osa-aikainen tehtävä  (ka 20-30 h / 3 vko). Työ painottuu selkeästi viikonloppuihin pe ja la iltoihin. Työ alkaa maaliskuun aikana.

JOB DESCRIPTION


As a bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, selling and serving drinks and dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the bar.
You are an essential part of the team, ensuring that every guest receives first-class service and enjoys the unique environment of Kämp.
The work is mainly in the evenings and on weekends, and our fast-paced environment offers you the chance to develop your skills.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Experience in customer service in cocktail bar and ac service for 2 years
  • A cheerful and energetic attitude, and a willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to work as part of a team and keep a smile on your face even during busy times
  • Good command of English; Finnish, Swedish, and other languages are an advantage
  • Basic IT and POS system skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This role starts during March (part time, average 20-30 hours / 3 weeks) and the work is focused for weekends (Friday and Saturday evenings)
Salary is based on agreement and experience.
