Som nattreceptionist ansvarar du för hotellet under natten. Du arbetar självständigt och har det övergripande ansvaret för att verksamheten fungerar – från att ta hand om våra gäster till att hantera praktiska rutiner.
Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
Servering i baren
Städning av allmänna ytor
Förberedelse av frukost inför morgondagen
In- och utcheckningar samt bokningshantering
Säkerhetsrundor och larmrutiner
Du ser till att våra gäster får bästa möjliga omhändertagandet.
Arbetspassen är förlagda både vardagar och helger.
Du är en nattmänniska och trivs bäst med att arbeta på nätterna.
Du förstår att sälj och service går hand i hand, och att vi tillsammans når våra gemensamma mål.
Du behärskar både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Du har ett öga för detaljer och kan fatta snabba beslut när det krävs.
Du har goda datorkunskaper eller är villig att lära dig.
Du tar stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och ser till att de utförs med hög kvalitet.
Erfarenhet av bokningssystemet Mews är meriterande, men inte ett krav.
