Front Desk Agent (50% temporary position, with possibility for extension)

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team of experts, starting in April.


Key responsibilities

  • Providing first-class service to our guests

  • Efficient, structured and punctual 

  • Flexibility and able to work both standard and irregular hours

  • Being creative at problem solving 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

   

What we look for: Bold and unafraid

We aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, and that is the point. We are looking for individuals who are optimistic, bold, and unafraid to take on life.

  • Has a genuine interest for hotel and travel, providing top service 

  • Experience as a receptionist 

  • Working experience with MEWS is a must

  • Writing and speaking fluently in Norwegian and English

The Front Desk Agent will report to the Juliane Frøyna Heistad, Acting Front Office Agent
