We are now in the search for our new GM for both our hotels at Vantaa Airport. At Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport and Comfort Hotel Xpress Helsinki Airport Terminal, we’re living our values every day, putting action behind our words. We create a space where both international travelers and domestic guests come together under one (actually two) urban roof(s).

And when we say expert, we really mean expert. This operation is very room division heavy with one hotel not offering a breakfast buffet at all (Xpress) the other offers breakfast through our lovely next door neighbour Clarion. Both hotels have a lively Barception with a deli as the heart of their guest experience.

As the General Manager of these two hotels, you're the leader on-site.

Your to-do-list as a Comfort GM:

• Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe

• Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience

• Keep an eye on the numbers, managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable

• Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork, ensuring everything flows smoothly, from check-in to check-out

• Lead small, tight-knit teams, creating a fun, collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine

• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

This is an on-site role, and we expect you to be visibly present at both hotels. You report to VP Comfort Hotel in the Nordics, who is Oslo-based.
