Home Hotel is a brand-new concept with one simple but powerful vision: to create a place that feels like home, even when you’re away. Now we’re looking for an Chef at Home Hotel Grand Bodø who wants to be part of our family.

Home Hotel Grand Bodø is located in the heart of Bodø. The building itself has a long and rich history, but the hotel is vibrant and modern. We offer our guests breakfast, coffee and dinner which are always included in the price. The hotel emphasizes the homely feeling, while maintaining high professionalism.  As a chef, you work shifts, either breakfast or evening shift. The evening shift ends at 9:00 PM.

Woul you like to create great food experiences while contributing to genuine guest satisfaction?  We are looking for an experienced, positive and motivated chef who can also act as Deputy Head Chef when required ( ordering, planning, followup)

At our hotel, food and atmosphere are an important part of the overall guest experience. We are looking for someone who loves the profession, enjoys a fast-paced envornment, and feels just as comfortable interacting with guests as working in the kitchen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare breakfast, fika, dinner and event conference food according to current concepts. Most of the serving takes place from a buffet – all within the framework of our established and unique concept, but with plenty of room for personal creativity and impact.
  • Follow the routines for quality, hygiene, and safety and HACCP compliance, ensuring that you deliver food of the highest standard.
  • Ensuring high quality and excellent guest experiences.
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen work enviroment in line with the hotel’s goals and culture.
  • Handle delivering of goods
  • Engaging with guests and helping create a welcoming atmosphere
  • In F&B managers absence  -  acting as Deputy Head Chef when requierd  ( oredering, staff-planning)

This is a permanent 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
