Breakfast Manager (temporary/fill in position)

Your tasks are split 80/20: 80% on the floor: You are the face of the world and lead by example. You ensure the high level of service and spread good energy among both guests and colleagues. 20% administration: You have control over shift schedules, employee interviews, budgets and the general management of your team. Who are you? This is the perfect step for those who dream of becoming an F&B Manager in the future. You have experience with F&B and management at middle management level. You thrive on working primarily in the morning when everything is rushing, but are flexible when the tasks require it. You are ambitious, but understand the importance of having fun while we create results.

This is a temporary (10 months) position, covering for a maternity leave. Start date by 1 May 2026.

What you'll do:

- Overall responsibility for department 210 Breakfast Department - being on the floor with the team from early morning

- Profit and loss responsibility for department 210

- Scheduling and staffing

- NPS and eNPS (routines, actions, and follow-up)

- Responsible for the cost of gods for breakfast and following purchasing procedures.

- Be thoroughly familiar with the attached guidelines for work environment, environment, safety, and food safety.

- Part of the Management team

- Follow the Comfort Brand Book 100%

- Follow the attached work tasks

- Comply with the company policies: Uniform policy, alcohol, drug & gambling policy, mobile phone policy, sick leave policy, discrimination, harassment and abusive conduct policy, threats and violence policy
