Connectivity & Loading Specialist

 At Strawberry, we're trying to redefine the hospitality experience through innovation & technology. In 2023 we launched our new mother brand, Strawberry, and we are transforming from a traditional hotel company to a universe of offers and experiences for our guests and customers. This will result in many new interesting development areas in the upcoming years and an opportunity to influence the company's future.

One of the key ongoing projects is the launch of our new tech stack meaning that we are replacing all key systems both at hotel level and also at the headquarter level. For our Connectivity & Loading team, this means many new systems and new processes to handle. To make this journey a success we are now looking for a new team player to be part of our exciting journey ahead! 

What you will be doing?
As our Connectivity & Loading Specialist, you will be a part of our Connectivity & Loading team that is responsible for the Distribution of all types of rates to other channels like OTA:s, GDS, Web, etc. That includes corporate agreements, Campaigns, or other local offers that our hotels require. We are also setting up or modifying room types and products making sure those are visible and bookable in the correct channels. Our team is also a support function for all departments within Strawberry and our hotels. 

Our team works in many different systems and therefore we are looking for someone who is curious, interested, and eager to learn new ways of working and is not afraid of new challenges!

Who we think you are
- We believe you have knowledge of hospitality systems, such as GDS (ex. Amadeus, Sabre, etc), CRS (Central reservation system), and CMS (Channel manager Systems).
-  You have a good technical understanding of how the distribution from local PMS systems to external distribution channels works.
- To thrill in this role we believe you have some knowledge of Integrations between different systems, ARI (Availability, Rates & Inventory) Upload and Reservation Download integrations
* If you have a good understanding of the distribution landscape in the hospitality industry that is a plus.
* We are a Swedish-speaking team and Swedish is also a requirement but you need to feel comfortable to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
