Content Editor & Writer (maternity cover) - Swedish

Content is looking for a Swedish-speaking Content Editor & Writer to join our team, as one of our amazing team members will be out on maternity leave.  

What you'll do:

We mainly work on our own sites (strawberry.no / strawberry.se / strawberry.fi / strawberry.dk / strawberryhotels.com), where we create engaging, sales-driven and SEO-optimised content, adapting tone and style to different audiences and needs. Working closely across teams, we ensure all content reflects Strawberry’s tone of voice while inspiring and attracting both new and returning guests.

Some of the assignments you will be working with are

• Ensuring that all properties and destinations are up to date, whether it be text or images, making sure that every hotel, conference, spa and restaurant page is accurately updated, SEO-optimised and strategically written to convert visitors into guests.
• Creating high-converting campaign and event pages for experiences such as concerts, football games and cultural events, turning inspiration into bookings.
• Producing and curating inspiring blog content that showcases destinations, experiences and travel ideas. This includes developing and regularly updating seasonal content to ensure it remains relevant, timely and engaging.
• Managing and optimising internal linking across the site to connect editorial content, hotel pages and experiences, supporting both user journeys and cross-selling opportunities.
• Overseeing visual curation by selecting and placing images and videos that support the narrative and meet brand standards.
• Translating and localising from Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or English into Swedish.

This is a temporary position for 100% in the time frame of 15.06.2026-30.06.2027. This position is placed in Solna, Stockholm.

You'll shine here if you:

• Are fluent in written Swedish, with a strong sense of tone of voice and attention to detail

• Have experience working in CMS platforms such as Contentful (or similar systems)

• Proven track record in content production and content marketing from a media, advertising, or content agency, or in-house marketing department, with documented high-quality results.

• Are a strong, versatile writer who can adapt style and tone across different formats and audiences

• Have a good understanding of SEO and how to create content that performs

• Are structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Are curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve content and user experience

• Are fluent in written English (UK)
• Skilled in project management with a proven ability to lead smaller, cross-functional projects
