We're looking for service-minded Tech system rollout specialists to join our Business & Operational system team. This position is a fixed-term project contract ending December 31st 2026. You will be responsible to coordinate activities, carry out training and be onsite when Strawberry opens new properties or system roll-out within our Tech Stack to our hotel and employees. 


What you will be doing: 

  • Plan and carry out onsite training for the hotel personnel on new or existing systems.

  • Coordinate activities and involve external vendors and internal stakeholders when needed to deliver the services or training

  • Give our hotels the best foundation to utilize the Strawberry Tech Stack 

  • Ensure that the deployment of services and training is carried and finished within the set timeframe

  • Handle and report any changes that may affect the time frame, quality or budget of the implementation

  • Secure retros on documentation and best practice to meet operational requirements

Who we think you are:

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong understanding of hotel operations, the Strawberry Tech Stack and train others in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Experience with Strawberry tech stack 

  • Operational experience from hotels

  • You like to travel and meet colleagues throughout the Nordic countries

  • You are comfortable when things move fast and there is a lot of activities going on at once

  • Proactive, solution oriented and a multitasker

  • You are able to work in a structured way

  • You are a team player, forward leading and have a positive get-it-done attitude.

  • You master (written and spoken) either Norwegian or Swedish, as well as English.

You will report to the Implementation & Relations Manager.

In this position you will be traveling to various properties in the Nordic countries

This position is a fixed-term project contract ending on December 31st 2026
