First Waiter to our Restaurant Norda  (100% vikariat position until 31.06.2026)

As a First Waiter in the Norda Restaurant, you have an elevated waiter responsibility and act as a key operational member of the service team. Together with the Head Waiters, you are responsible for leading the service during A La Carte Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. You will create unforgettable experiences for the guests, whether it is for the first or last meal of the day. Your main tasks include:

  • Be extra proactive and skilled in handling high-volume service
  • Service with passion
  • Stay up-to-date on menus and drink selections
  • Be familiar with the Norwegian alcohol law
  • Service and set-up of Lunches and Dinners
  • Lead and motivate the team to be united

This is 100% vikariat position until 31.0.2026, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will involve mostly daytime work for lunches, but also evenings during weekdays and weekends.
