SUMMER JOB: PART-TIME BARCEPTION CREW (RECEPTIONIST) TO COMFORT HOTEL HELSINKI AIRPORT & COMFORT HOTEL XPRESS HELSINKI AIRPORT TERMINAL


Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport & Comfort Hotel Xpress Helsinki Airport Terminal hotels are located side-by-side at Helsinki Airport. 

These Comfort Hotels give the traveller what they need - while skipping the unnecessary. We are relaxed, but with high energy. We have selected service, urban design and we respect mother earth. Check in, chill out and keep your budget happy!


Now we are looking for Summer Crew Members (60-90h/3 weeks) to our Barception. 


What is a barception you might wonder? Easy. Bar+reception. It is the hotel's hub where guests can check in to the hotel, hang out at the bar and order something to eat from the deli. 


About the job in hand: 

  • The work includes shifts in both of the hotels, including morning-, evening- and night shifts - also during the weekends. 

  • The contract is part-time and fixed-term for the summer season of 2026, from May to August (negotiable) and will be filled as soon as the right colleague is found.

  • The job includes traditional hotel reception work such as checking in and out guests, answering the phone, taking bookings, preparing arrival lists, actively engaging in upselling, following checklists, invoicing and more.

  • The job involves being helpful to hotel guests with questions and requests before, during and after their stay.

  • Tasks include also making simple drinks and serving something to eat from the Comfort Deli.

  • Most shifts involve working independently.


A little about you:

  • You have already gained experience working at a hotel reception and lobby bar.

  • You have experience in independent work - that is to your advantage.

  • You enjoy the fast-paced environment of the airport.

  • You’re spreading joy and warmth around you and your laughter is contagious. So is your energy. 

  • You are a responsible person and take ownership of your tasks.

  • You speak Finnish fluently and good English, have a Finnish alcohol and hygiene passport, since we sell alcohol and food.
