 TYÖTEHTÄVÄT 

Baarimestarina toimit baarin vuoropäällikkönä ja esihenkilönä, vastaat baarin päivittäisestä toiminnasta, laadukkaasta asiakaspalvelusta sekä tiimin ohjaamisesta. Sinulla on intohimo cocktailien maailmaan, laaja juomaosaaminen ja kyky luoda ainutlaatuisia elämyksiä vaativille asiakkaille. Johdat tiimiäsi esimerkillä, innostat ja varmistat, että palvelu on aina ensiluokkaista. Vastaat myös mm. tilityksistä ja laadunvalvonnasta palvelun sekä tuotteen osin. Työnkuva sisältää mahdollisia muita vastuita oman mielenkiinnon mukaisesti

ODOTAMME SINULTA 

• Vähintään 4 vuoden kokemusta baarimestarin (esihenkilö) tehtävistä laadukkaassa ravintolassa tai hotellissa Laajaa juoma- ja cocktailosaamista sekä kiinnostusta alan trendeihin
• Kykyä ohjata ja motivoida tiimiä sekä hallita kiireisiä tilanteita rauhallisesti
• Erinomaista asiakaspalveluasennetta ja halua ylittää asiakkaan odotukset
• Hyvää englannin kielen taitoa, suomi ja ruotsi sekä muut kielet ovat etu
• Tietotekniikan ja kassajärjestelmien perushallintaa

LISÄTIEDOT 

Kyseessä on osa-aikainen tehtävä (ka 90 h / 3 vko). Työ on iltatyötä työaika painottuu välille 11.00-04.00. Tehtävä on määräaikainen kesän ajaksi syyskuun 2026 loppuun saakka.
Työ alkavat sopimuksen mukaan. Palkkaus sopimuksen ja kokemuksen mukaan. Lähetä hakemuksesi, palkkatoiveesi ja CV:si mahdollisimman pian, kuitenkin viimeistään 10.4.2026 mennessä. Haastetteluja toteutetaan jo hakuaikana ja sopiva henkilö palakataan heti sallaisen löydyttyä. Vain linkin kautta lähetetyt hakemukset huomioidaan.

Would you like to be part of the team at the most prestigious hotel in Northern Europe?
We are looking for a professional bartender to join the iconic bar at Hotel Kämp, where classic elegance meets modern cocktail culture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a bartender, you will act as shift supervisor and team leader, responsible for the daily operations of the bar, high-quality customer service, and team guidance.
You have a passion for the world of cocktails, extensive beverage knowledge, and the ability to create unique experiences for demanding guests.
You lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that service is always first-class.
You will also be responsible for tasks such as cash handling and quality control in both service and product. The role may include additional responsibilities based on your interests.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Experience (at least 4 years) as a bartender in a similar high-quality restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and interest in industry trends
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, and to handle busy situations calmly
• Excellent customer service attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations
• Good command of English; Finnish, Swedish, and other languages are an advantage
• Basic IT and POS system skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a part-time position (average 90 hours / 3 weeks), working mainly between 11.00 - 04.00.
Work begins as soon as agreed and last until the end of September 2026.
Salary based on agreement and experience.
