What you'll do:

• Accurately recording customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature, and checking that everything is to the customer's satisfaction.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.

This is a temporary position for 60h/weeks for 12 months with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll shine here if you are:

• Experienced in a restaurant or banquet
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Good communicator with attention to detail
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Barista and coffee making experience.
