This key role in providing food and beverages requires planning and leadership combined with financial acumen and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a new Food & Beverage Manager who will manage the Food & Beverage team with the express aim of delivering unforgettable experiences for all our hotel and conference guests. The Food & Beverage Manager will also provide a strategic overview ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. To this end, we are seeking a person with experience in structured and strategic work to deliver on set KPIs for both financial matters and guest/staff satisfaction. The position involves flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

• As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the hotel's restaurant, bar, banquet, and breakfast.

• You will be responsible for daily operations, menu planning, and quality control of our products. 

• The position requires a proactive approach with management to deliver objectives and ensure that each employee knows what they need to contribute on a daily basis so that we can fulfil our goals.

• You will fulfil our promise to our guests by delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere with excellent and reliable service.

• This essential role is also responsible for the management of personnel, professional development and recruitment.

• As the Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for results and must ensure that all departments achieve their quality and profitability targets.

• The role is also responsible for ensuring that all key Food & Beverage policies and brand standards are followed to the letter.

• Full compliance with any regulations related to the environment, health and safety will also be your top priority!
