About the role
We are looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Commercial Insights & Personalization team. In this role, you will partner closely with Digital Sales and Marketing teams to provide insights on traffic, campaigns, channel performance, and on-site conversion, helping guide decisions on where and how we grow. You will play a key role in understanding what drives digital performance across channels and turning data into clear recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is not only analytical, but also curious, proactive, and confident in challenging ideas - a true sparring partner and enabler to Digital Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on analytical role. You will work directly with data and analysis.

What you will do

  • Analyze digital performance across channels (e.g. SEO, paid media, partnerships, direct traffic)
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
  • Provide insights on traffic drivers, customer acquisition, and channel contribution
  • Support understanding of the digital funnel from traffic to conversion
  • Contribute to CRO initiatives by analyzing on-site behavior, identifying conversion drop-offs, and supporting A/B test evaluations
  • Contribute to tracking and implementation activities needed by the stakeholders
  • Work directly with data (e.g. GA4, datasets) to generate insights
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
  • Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks, besides responding to requests
  • Act as a sparring partner and enabler to Digital Sales and Marketing teams by bringing data into planning and decision-making

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or performance marketing
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing ROI
  • Strong hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, similar tools) and SQL or data querying skills
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding skills (PowerBI or similar)
  • Some exposure to CRO analysis (e.g. funnel analysis, on-site behavior, or A/B test evaluation)
  • Ability to turn data into insights and business recommendations
  • A curious and proactive mindset - you explore, question, and challenge
  • Confidence to engage stakeholders and act as a sparring partner
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

Nice to have

  • Understanding of attribution models or media mix
  • Experience in e-commerce, hospitality, travel, or digital-first businesses
  • Experience with CRO tools (e.g. DynamicYield, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar)
