We are currently seeking a motivated colleague for a 6-month temporary position within our People Systems & Digitalization team at the HQ in Stockholm or Oslo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working at one of our hotels or in service-oriented HQ-positions who wishes to gain experience in HR technology and digital processes.

About The People Systems & Digitalization Team

Our team owns the business side of the Strawberry "People Tech stack." This means we are responsible for ensuring our systems function optimally for users and that our master data maintains high quality. We act as the bridge between Tech, Payroll, and Operations. The team also handles data analytics and frameworks for Compensation & Benefits. In short, we ensure that our digital tools support our employees in the most effective way possible.

The Role and Your Opportunities

As a People System Advisor, you will take on an operational role within the team. You will gain hands-on experience in how we manage and develop digital services within a large corporation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing user support related to our HR systems.
  • Maintaining and auditing master data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assisting in ongoing digitalization projects and the rollout of new tools.
  • Performing basic system configurations and testing new features.

Who Are We Looking For?

This is an entry-level position where your understanding of technology, and how Strawberry works is key!

The following will come in handy: 

  • System Fluency: You have experience using our internal systems in your current role and enjoy working with digital tools.
  • Eagerness to Learn: You are curious about how technology can simplify HR tasks and are eager to develop within this field.
  • Structured Approach: You work accurately with data and enjoy tasks that require a high level of attention to detail.

Practical Information

  • Duration: 6 months (Temporary).
  • Location: Stockholm or Oslo HQ.
  • Start date: We're ready when you are!
