Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels in Helsinki City Centre are looking for 

Talented & Inspired Marketing Manager 

The Marketing Manager’s prime responsibility is to curate and generate the commercial success story of L&L Hotels by planning, executing and developing the many brand & marketing activities of the vibrant hotels. The Marketing Manager contributes to the strategic and tactical marketing initiatives as well as identifies the future marketing opportunities. While thinking strategically, the Marketing Manager’s core is to hands-on create and execute the various marketing and communications actions at the hotels.

The Marketing Manager works in close co-operation with the hotels’ operational teams as well as with central Marketing Strategist,  Sales, Revenue and Reservations teams. The selected person will be responsible for two designated L&L Hotels and report to the General Manager. 

Main responsibilities, Marketing Manager:

• Responsible for hotel’s brand activation: planning and executing marketing and communications activities 

• Create customised, high quality targeted content in different platforms (newsletter, social media accounts, website and possible other channels)

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns leveraging tactics like digital marketing, events and conferences

• Contribute to defining the marketing & communications strategy, including objectives, target groups in focus markets, key messages, marcom activities, timeline and forecast.

• Propose forecast for marketing and communications activities and regularly follow up costs

• Track results and optimise actions along the way based on data, striving for maximum return on marketing investment

Requirements for you as the Marketing Manager of L&L Hotels:

• Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Communications or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 3 year experience in marketing, communications or related work, Manager Role experience required

• Interest and knowledge in digital marketing and other marketing platforms – Meta, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Email Automation

• Experience and effortless ways of working with the most important marketing tools, for example Adobe Products & Canva

• Conceptual thinking and creative mindset, storytelling and strong hands-on content creation skills - photography & videography talent is an advantage.

• Customer minded, curious, enthusiastic 

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both oral and written 

• Good personal management skills; time management and ability to adapt toward tight deadlines in fast-paced and complex work environment working with two hotel brands

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Experience in the hospitality industry is always a plus

The position is temporary to cover maternity leave until May 31st 2027 (estimation), working primarily on-site at the hotel. Target start date: late May / early June 2026.
